I enjoyed the room with 2 beds, the bed was comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, close to an oval amphitheatre. A market and a drugstore were right next door. I've had a good stay for 2 nights.

hotel location is very good.
the hotel is not finished repairs. There wasn't even sitting on the toilet. in the room there were no mirrors. It was very damp and cold, then clothes smelled like mold. there was no TV. no lighting. no soundproofing. very dirty room. this is the worst of the hotels that I've seen.

I am not able to answer the other questions as when we arrived at the Maximus we learned that our reservation had somehow been "cancelled." They did find us another room at another establishment for the same price but it was not the situation we had booked or hoped for.

The location of the hotel was amazing, as it was just a stone's throw away from a famous landmark. Additionally, the receptionist was easily reachable through WhatsApp and very helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room was also notable, as there were no stains or litter left behind.

No internet fot the first 2 days and we stayed for 3. Toilet wouldn't flush. Water wouldn't go down the shower drain. They didn't clean the room at all, we had to buy our own tissue roll!

Best location very very close to collosseum and walking distance to everything. It is in an alley way but for the price and the modern decor inside it's nothing to complain about. It's city life. Right next to bars and restaurants and markets. Everything you need within a block. I would stay there again for sure!
Not really any staff on duty it is basically check in and leave the key in the room and close the door to check out. No receipt for payment of hotel.
